ABOUT

MAKEUP ARTIST — FILM | TV | THEATRE

K.C. ALLEN

For many years, I’ve loved makeup. At the age of 14, I began teaching myself how to blend colors, create characters, and bring little visions to life with a brush and palette.

Over the years, my passion has grown into real experience. I’ve worked on photography and theatre productions where I’ve gotten to tell stories through makeup.

Whether it’s making a character feel like they’ve stepped right out of the script, creating a natural look that shines on camera, or experimenting with something bold and artistic, I love the way makeup transforms both people and stories.

To me, makeup is more than technique. It’s about play, confidence, and creativity. It’s a way to collaborate, to explore, and to keep learning every single day.

When I’m not working on set, you’ll probably find me trying out new products, sketching out ideas for my next look, or experimenting with styles that push me outside my comfort zone. I’m always looking to learn more and find the next project that challenges me to see makeup in a new light.
